The deadlines for grant requests each year are April 15 and September 15.

Please include HARD COPIES of the following with your completed application form:

  • A copy of your IRS tax exempt status
  • Agency Annual Report
  • List of Board Members and Executive Staff
  • Any and all information relating to the success of the Agency and assurance that it can complete the project successfully.

Reminder: A Feedback Form is required if Mary Thompson Foundation has funded your organization in the past.
